FAQ - Covid Tests 

  1. How does my student take their Covid Test? 
    1. English Instructions 
    2. Spanish Instructions 
    3. Chinese Instructions.

  2. My student-tested negative, do I need to do anything? 
    1. Please save the kit, and have your student take the second test in 3 days. You do not have to contact the school if your student is negative.

  3. My student tested positive, what should I do? 
    1. Stay home from school and contact your doctor and your school right away.  Please email us at [email protected] or call us at (510) 317-5099.

  1. My student did not receive a Covid Test Kit, who should I contact? 
  1. Please email us at [email protected], or call us at (510) 317-5099. Families can check out their kit starting Tuesday, January 4th. If a student already received one kit they cannot get another one.

5. My student is vaccinated, do they still need to be tested?
    1. Yes, all students need to be tested regardless of their vaccination status.

  2. Mi estudiante dioprueba negativo en la, ¿tengo que hacer algo? 
    1. Guarde el kit y haga que su hijo tome la segunda prueba en 3 días. No es necesario que se comunique con la escuela si su estudiante es negativo.

  3. Mi estudiante dio positivo, ¿qué debo hacer? 
    1. No vaya a la escuela y comuníquese con su médico y su escuela de inmediato. Envíenos un correo electrónico a [email protected] o llámenos al (510) 317-5099.

  1. Mi estudiante no recibió un kit de prueba Covid, ¿con quién debo comunicarme? 
  1. Envíenos un correo electrónico a [email protected], o llámenos al (510) 317-5099. Las familias pueden retirar su kit a partir del martes 4 de enero. Si un estudiante ya recibió un kit, no puede obtener otro.
5. Mi estudiante está vacunado, ¿todavía necesita hacerse la prueba?
    1. Sí, todos los estudiantes deben ser evaluados independientemente de su estado de vacunación.

Attendance Reminders 

  • If your student is absent, please email us at [email protected].
  • If you are unable to email, please call (510) 317-5099. When students return they need to check in to the attendance office for an admit slip. 
  • If you need to pick up your student, please call (510) 317-5099 and come to the front porch.  Please stay in your vehicles if you are driving.
