African American Family Advisory Council Planning Meeting

The African American Family Advisory Council (AAFAC) advocates for the

excellence of Black students in the San Lorenzo Unified School District.

In doing so, AAFAC:

• Engages with district leaders and educators to ensure equitable opportunities for Black students

• Promotes Black family involvement in school and district governance

• Joins with the broader community to honor and celebrate Black student achievement.

Please join a meeting from 6–7:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 12 — either in-person or via Zoom.

Make your voice heard in organizing and promoting AAFAC throughout the remaining

school year and beyond.
